Xara Designer Pro X365 update (March 2017)

Hi John, I have looked on the Xara sites to see what has changed in this release and have found nothing on it. Have you seen anything that explains the changes ?

Hi Roly, no, I found nothing; I tried that before accepting the download. All I can think of is that it may be due to serious problems that some users have been having with the web part.

That is for Web Designer. There is nothing on Designer Pro. Hopefully, Xara will post something tomorrow.

(Mar 2017) Change width of all pages. Now if you change the width of one page in your document or website, you are prompted to ask if the same change should be made to all pages
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I don't see this when I drag out a page

following the Xara Designer Pro X 12.6.1.49367 DL x64 Apr 5 2017 update I still don't see this on a default print document [having unlocked all the pages], I do see it on web and presentation docs...

Well Well Well....... today when I opened Xara there was yet another update available. So dutifully installed and lo and behold the above discussed problem has magically (or is that Magixly) disappeared.

if you are using windows 10 changing the icon for the program shortcut:
rightclick/properties/shortcut-tab/change-icon and browse to your new icon

if you want to change the icons for actual files - you can try the NirSoft File Types Manager mentioned here: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/1238...-in-windows-7/ which apparently works for win7 through 10 - but I haven't tried it yet myself and I cannot therefore recommend it in anyway

the more I look into editing the windows registry directly the more I think it's no job for a non-geek
