Windows drop down menu bar in WD 11?

Are all the features and functions available through the normal windows drop down menu bar? I have two medium sized monitors and would like more page work space. Sure I could put the tool bars on the second monitor but being new I would like to have the user guide and or tutorials open for a little while.

Donald, you could open Window > Control Bars... > Button Palette and resize that.
If you also work in Full Screen mode you'll get more design space.

When you are happy with your normal button choices, create a new Toolbar of these.
