Is this possible with Xara?

Spent about a half hour working on it and came up with this, although it's not exactly the same.

I was wondering I making this button is possible with Xara? If so does any care to share the knowledge of how to do it? Any help would be much appreciated.

I really like the spot light idea. Thanks for the files. With regards to the glow I thinl it would really look good on the logo. Ummmm! maybe that's the finishing touch that's needed. I going away to mess around with some flash now. I'll keep you posted.
