Is this possible with Xara?

I was wondering I making this button is possible with Xara? If so does any care to share the knowledge of how to do it? Any help would be much appreciated.

one is with glass plug in the other isn`t.
And no it is a seperate purchase those plugins.
But it didn`t do much on the right one, so it wasn`t
even neccesary.
There is a demo on the CD of the plugins. But that is
useless ofcourse for real work.

And thanks for the xar too, Soquili, I see that I should use
the fill tool more instead of layering transperancies.
If you work a certain way it is hard to learn yourself
to use other stuff too.

1 question, how did you do the rim in the last one?

That's really good Soquili. I would never have thought to use the different fills like that. I am doing a logo for a company's website and they really wanted this effect I'll post the finish concept in a few days. I would like some constrictive criticism before I show the client. Thanks guys.

The rest I could figure out, the ring I couldn`t.
lookes at the xar file ofcourse and deconstructed the picture.
But that way you couldn`t see what was done to the ring.
Except that is was two rings, indeed, not what was used to make
the black and white patches on it, now I know, thanks.
