Did you go to http://support.xara.com and then sign in with your regsitered email address and create a ticket that way?
What was the ticket ID that was created, it can then be looked up.
5 stars for support! They came through with my serial number. Turns out I had in fact registered (thought I had) but under my other e-mail address....duhhh.
