Lost Serial Number

Hi Fraser, log into your Xara Account and you can find the serial number of any and all Xara applications you have purchased.

Go to Xara's main page and the Signin link is in the upper right of the page.

I hadn't, it seems, gotten around to registering 6, before the hard drive went down. All the rest are there, from Xara X1 on. I put in a note to support, but haven't had so much as an aknowledgement yet.

Did you go to http://support.xara.com and then sign in with your regsitered email address and create a ticket that way?

What was the ticket ID that was created, it can then be looked up.

5 stars for support! They came through with my serial number. Turns out I had in fact registered (thought I had) but under my other e-mail address....duhhh.
