Does Xara designer allows for painting unclosed images?
You weren't at all specific about what you wanted to do. I provided you with a single example of how to color something that is "unclosed" (or that has no outline).
But what for? What I wanted was to color the bookcase, the sofa and the guy reading the paper??!!
Given that additional info, perhaps someone else can offer something more appropriate.

    • Draw a closed, colored object with cleared outline.
    • Clone it (Ctrl+K).
    • Apply an outline to the clone.
    • Use the Shape Editor Tool to delete two or more nodes from the clone outline.

To get back to the request here on how to draw a table in perspective I would use 2 pt to get the best effect. With rounded corners and maybe circular legs this could be quite difficult and might be better left to something like Google SketchUp to do and then bring it back into Xara to render.

You can fill a closed shape by creating another closed shape such as a box with the filling you want and then go to [arrange] [join shapes] and then [break shapes].

Nice stuff, BP. Were those images created in SketchUp, then imported into Xtreme, or did you completely build them within Xtreme?

I did this in about in 10 mins and it shows (I rushed it) but Google Sketch Up which I did this in is a fairly easy programme to get a grips with. I always try and use the correct tool for a certain job bar proper 3D modelling which I can't get to grips with. There are many other types of CAD programmes which are free and do the same things.

Google sketch up is awesome. I really advise it. It saves you a lot of time
