    Perhaps not distressed but more blurred. I created the drawing in Xara and exported as svg.
    In SVGator I applied a blur filter which I believe still retains vector properties.

    It is.
    @over 1MB, drag it through https://jakearchibald.github.io/svgomg/ and drop the Precision to 0. It becomes 112kB and adds in free extra grunge and still keeps as a vector.
