    Default Newbie: Simple Graphic Needed

I need a graphic of an "X" to be used for clicking to close a popup page. One would think there'd be tons of them around, but I can't seem to find any. None in the gallery that I see, can't find a term to Google that gets what I need.

    HELP!

Type "X". You can put a rectangle behind it if you want and group :-)

Takes about 30 seconds to draw your own

Remember that Web Designer 7 Premium is *not* simply a template driven web building application.
It's a very capable vector graphics application with all the drawing tools and photos editing tools you need to create graphics and build (then export) bespoke websites.
You could in fact remove all website themes, templates, navbars and so on and not lose a single core function of WD7P.

Vector graphics? Can it convert a JPG into a vector object? (I understand vector objects to be graphics that can be reduced or enlarged without losing resolution.)

I'm not a graphics person -- I only do enough of it to make my web sites look better. There's not enough time to do EVERYTHING. ;-)

I agree with the option noted above. Simple to create your own X, as a graphic.
Searching google and posting took WAY more time than just typing the letter X, making it BOLD and putting a rectangle behind it which takes 20-60 seconds.
No reason to use a jpg image from google for that one, and no drawing skills necessary either.
Simple things like that help you to get a feel for what makes this product different.
You can use a graphic in any web building software, but you can not create your own graphic in most!

You can have bitmap objects too. So no need to convert JPG's to anything. Just drop them on your page and edit the way you want (move, resize, rotate, enhance etc.)

More or less. But the most important difference is that vector objects are freely editable.
