One thing they could improve: it's possible to ignore results before a certain date but ignoring individual results would give a more accurate picture sometimes. The massive dip below, ruining the average, was a glitch as the next test was taken only one minute later via a different server!

I used the site http://www.ip-details.com/for the Internet Speed test checking for my Pc.
Not sure what's going on with that site, but it's not been updated for many years. It's unable to detect when people are using anything above verson 8 flashplayer (released on September 13, 2005). It simply asks you to update your browser!
Many people might still be on version 9, released on April 16, 2007, but version 10 has been downloaded to regular web users PC's since last October.
Just tested mine and got: 20197 kbps down, and 738 kbps up.
