xara xtreme freezing computer !

hi,

hope someone can help..i use xara all the time but recently when double clicking a bitmap to access plugins the application freezes. nothing exept a reeboot will allow my computer to work again.

i have uninstalled then re-installed but nothing works

any suggestions would be great. for some reason i cannot submit a support ticket to xara either !!

when double clicking a bitmap to access plugins the application freezes.

This action starts the default bitmap editor, usually XPE.
But as Bill asks, which version of Xtreme are you using and on which platform?

Plugins are accessed from the toolbar using the 'power-plug' icon (Live Effect Tool Ctrl+F5).
