This is good however it is not in jpeg therefore when it is put in the phone it is a still shot
I may be wrong but as those samples you saw are animated gif files I do not think you can make them .jpeg format. UIAPW
I suspect your problem is that you cannot animate a jpg. You can a gif tho.

I use a free program that everyone sould have.
It's called IrfanView.
You can extract all frames of animated gifs as BMP
Then just convert them to whatever.

You can't have an animated jpg. Only an animated gif, as has already been pointed out. If you wish to put this animation on your mobile phone you'll need to do a bit more research into what file format your phone accepts and the screen resolution of your phone. Once you've got this information return here & perhaps someone will be able to help.
