If they are in, you will have the following (font colour white, so highlight to view):

{I, IV, V, VI, IX, X, XI, XIV, XV, XL, XLV, L, LI, LV, LX, LXI, LXV, XC, XCI, XCIV, XCV, C}

You could then introduce D (1,000).

I therefore don't think they contribute to a list of meaningful "words".
I would reject all Roman "numerals".
