Scrolling Text Box Option

This appears as a regular request.
Here is an approach I have developed from a jQuery plug-in: http://acorn.xara.hosting/slimScroll/.
It renders correctly on all modern browsers and scalings.
Let me know if it doesn't for you.

Yes it is Gary and you can indent the text by applying a left and/or right margin in the text block on FullText layer. This stops the scroll bar overlaying the text. You can also display the scroll bar on the left with

position: 'left',

Gary, the easier way is to add padding to the "bean" DIV tag: <div id="bean" style="padding: 5px 25px 15px 10px"></div>.
I've done this in the example and it is in its HTML code (body).

-enable the scrollbar as visible at all times?
-ensure that the text does not overlap the scrollbar and is visible at all times (if the above is possible)?
