Nav Bar Issue

I have noticed a problem with vertical Nav Bar. When you move down over the "bottom" button the mouse over state is not invoked. If you move below the "bottom" button and then move back up over it the mouse over state is then invoked.

I've attached a Xara WD6 template which has this problem; roll down over Button Text 8 and you will see the issue. I have this same problem with vertical Nav Bars that I have created.

I'm seeing the same issue on this one. Only my navbar is horizontal. The last button isn't working on mine either.

I am also using XP, if that matters.
