How to download Template Pack 1?

A few days ago I ordered Template Pack 1 by e-mail and paid bij PayPal. (I cannot order by website, because there is no option to pay with Paypal).

I receive an email that the template pack is in my account. And it is.
But no download link.
Can anyone tell me how/where to download the template pack 1?

If I'm not mistaken, Steve, that page only allows access to the Template Pack 1 product page (no download options, at least not that I could see): http://www.xara.com/products/xtreme/templatepack1/

I think in this case only Xara support can help.

Hello Sledger, the link is to the product page and talks about Template Pack 1.
I will mail Xara support once again for this download.
