    Default HTML email

Sometimes I get requests to make HTML flyers/newsletters delivered by email. Anyone done this with XWD? It looks like simply a case of having full (not relative) links to any referenced images.

How do you send dual-format emails, so those that accept html will get the page as generated, while those that don't will get a plain text message pointing them to a link to click (or just alternate plain text content)?

I've tried to make this work several times with XWD and Xtreme Web Export.

Basically, the exported code needs to be edited.

Sculptex created a utility that stripped out the header information but it didn't always produce the correct result.

I'd love to be able to do this as well. Right now I'm designing and slicing the image then pasting it together as an HTML email.

I started a thread on this topic a while back: Using xWD for an email subscription program.
