Default People having trouble with my website

    Here's the website: http://classycarprints.com

I've had one person tell me that the links in the menu bar don't work properly. They are using IE. I've tried it numerous times on IE and FireFox and it works just fine for me. Can someone tell me what I've done wrong and how I can fix it?

Your menu bar seems to work just fine for me (Windows XP + IE8). Are the car images suppose to have a rollover/popup effect? If so, then THAT doesn't work for me.

Mouseover for a description popup only. No link.

Do you think it could have something to do with the LAN security they have at her work?

Ron do you know what version of IE they are using?

Could it may be a very old version, possibly IE4 or IE5?

It is possible the network security where they work is limiting what they can access.

    Works fine here Ron

NB On the buydezignz site the words "to offer" need a space between them.

I'm checking with her on her version right now.

So, Bill, if they have security blocking, is it possible for her to access the website, but it not work properly? 'Cause that's what's happening.

Ron it depends alot on how the network admin has configured security. The variations can be numerous.

Access to the site itself may not be blocked but navigation could be prohibited. The person having the problem should contact the network administrator. It is highly possible the network admin will evade any questions by claiming the problem is with your site. One reason for that is he/she would need to do a lot of work to try and figure out what is causing the problem then need to figure out what to do to correct it.

Network services are usually extremely short handed and don't have much time to isolate problems of this nature.
