I've recently uploaded a work-in-progress site and it looks fine in Firefox, Safari and Opera, but for some reason shows a 'Page Error' message in Internet Explorer.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Paul

I'm using IE8 ... and your site loads without any problems.

Works here in IE8 and the IE Tab in FF

Thanks Curtis, that's a partial relief.
I've been wondering if the problem was particular to my computer.
The site looks fine in the Xara browser, which I would have thought was set to some form of Explorer, it being the most popular kind.

ok here too
so likely the problem is an IE setting,or such, locally on your machine
I am not the man to talk you through that - but someone will no doubt..

Thanks for the feedback so far.
There's no wider problem with connecting to websites with IE and this is a problem I've not encountered before.
It will be interesting to see what the solution is.
WD uses an internal light version of the IE rendering engine.
Your site looks and loads fine in IE8 8.0.6001
You could try resetting your security options and testing again, if that doesn't help try resetting IE to default conditions.
Which version of IE do you have installed btw?
Perhaps upgrading to IE8 might sort out some local config issues.
It gets more curious: I'd already tried changing the security options on IE7 and got the same error message.
Have just upgraded to IE8 and the same problem comes up.
What's strange is that I'm not getting the error message on any other websites that I go onto in IE.
