I haven't looked at CS2 on my XP machine in sometime, but that screenshot above doesn't show the option for Wireless Application Protocol Bitmap Format (WBMP) which is also present in CS3

Yes Bill, that option does exist.

Thank you so much , it really worked ...
I saved it under "save for the web" and under the PRESET it DID give me the option to save it as JPEG-Medium
