It must have been one heck of a birthday party!

I'm not sure what you eat (or don't eat) and lift and move without first getting three days of nagging and threats from a wife. But heck -- good for you, man! I haven't been that cut since my early never...

Ed, lovely Alaskan shot. Fun times - clearly. Great stuff!

Hell yeah! The whole gang got together and we broke out the shot glasses ... filling them with a Vita-Mixed blend of no-fat yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese, flax seed meal, banana, and (of course) protein powder.

Cursor you big show off, if I wasn't a married man.........

A great holiday in Alaska and I love that picture, I don't know why I just remember that ride and laughing like a clown when my horse was taking the mick.

I've noticed a few new members posting lately so I thought I'd bump this thread and add an updated photo of myself

Been going to weight watchers and have lost about 41 pounds so far, so it's time I updated my photo as well. I just held my camera up and snapped my picture. This is hot off the press.

Hello, here is my mug shot for all to see. I don't recall what made me laugh so heartily, but I thought it showed as natural a portrait as possible. Great to be a part of the TG family.

Don't know how I missed this thread. Sheesh it was only started in January.

The one with the fuzzy ears is Baxter. I'm the one with the fair hair.

    Thanks for the clarification Gary.

Great picture of you and Baxter. I bet it brings back good memories of your furry friend.
