    Luis,

    The EMI example has the Sidebar slide-in from the left and SIT ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BROWSER. This requires a few extra steps, but I have updated the earlier example. The EMI example also uses a Menu MouseOver effect which I have added using a Sidebar layer and MouseOver Sidebar layer.

    The key to all this working is do not place any link to the Sidebar layer until you have all this working to your satisfaction.

    The only additional tweak you might make is to have the sidebar slide-right when it (the popup) closes. It would require code similar to Acorn's examples.
