Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.
thats what she told me egg but i can ask again
Possible using either of these, photo and graphic designer or designer pro x. I use XDPX myself but most of these or previous versions should have that ability.

Ok i figured out how to make the letters glow now i have to figure out how to make it stop doing this? do you see how its flashing and it looks like ones on top of the other?
Within the animation? If so in the property's tab click animation loop and speed and UN-check the loop continuously box and loop 1 time. Doing this will play the entire animation and stop on the last frame. Hopefully you copied one that is not glowing and made that the last frame.

i tried that and its still doing it.......any other suggestions?
It seems to me that usually just deleting a frame will not stop something from happening, you have to undo back to before the event started. So I would say remake your animation from scratch starting with a new animation. Maybe you don't want it animating nor glowing, I don't know, nor do I know how you went about making the glow in the first place. Please submit your file and someone may figure out what is wrong.

7669, your own animation is so small I can't see what's going on at all. You're far better off working large and when your happy rescale the animation down. I attach a xar file which hopefully will show you the way but do bear in mind that working at the size your using may cause a lot of optical illusions.
