Yet another (direct) download that states complete at 55MB. Program also thinks it is so last year.

Christine - Yes. The update will lose your custom settings and any custom toolbars. If I had a dollar for every time I have had to rebuild my custom toolbar I would be a rich man by now.

Kate - Can you tell us why the program icon is now magenta and some kind of [>] design? I'm sure there is a good reason for this change.

Tried a different browser, got the download but now it declares my program is locked!

The remedy is to use the install file to completely remove the application and re-use it to re-install; you lose the automatic population of the licence so ensure you have access to it somewhere else.
