My XaraX is acting up! The info bar showing coordinates, object size etc. has lost it's two decimal places. It only reads whole #s ( 4" instead or 4.25".
Running Windows XP pro, pentium 4, 2 gig RAM, Nvidia Quadro 4 700.
Reinstalled XaraX, updated video driver, mouse driver, and disinstalled a lot of recent software.

Still no luck. Anybody out there ever run into this problem? thanks

    Try this...

(I'm using Windows 2000, so from memory, provided you are in "Classic" mode in Control Panel, it should be the same for you. If Control Panel doesn't show in My Computer, it'll be on the Start menu or under the Start -> Settings folder)

Daniel your a genius! I had never run across this feature in control panel...makes me wonder how it got changed in the first place. Wasted most of my Sunday trying to fix it.

    also, I agree...very cool animation.

    again, many thanks....bill

Hey, glad you liked the animation. I've done a few similar ones, they only take a couple of minutes each, I find that they're the most effective way of illustrating a particular sequence of clicks, especially if you're instructing someone who's mother tongue isn't the same as yours, or who is not particularly well versed in computational skills, and especially, if they fit into both categories. Just a couple of screenshots, a bit of cropping, some 4pt thick lines, then break the final drawing down into a few frames of animation, and hey presto, anyone can follow it.
