Problem unlocking Menumaker 1.1

Hi,
Ive purchased MM 1.1. It brought me to the page where it displayed the products I have purchased. It displayed MM 1.1, no serial number and gave me a link to download the template package. Now when I click on Menumaker, and the Unlock icon i get the following screen:



Any ideas? I use a broadband connection to the internet, and it is functioning properly.

I have resolved the problem. For some reason I had to turn on my firewall.
