Tool Tips on NavBars

Is it possible to remove the Tool Tips when mouseovering a NavBar? Inserting title=""into code for example.
The tooltips can be annoying at times.

hi, what do you mean by tooltips?

When using IE and you mouseover a navigation bar a small message appears next to the pointer. It normally repeats the text on the navigation bar.This is a tool tip.

Did you edit the Alt_text field in the html editor ? That's how I do it.
