maybe worth you looking at www.designerwiz.com. They have tons of scripts and webpage tests as well as plans to be nice to Xara..

Any Ramwolff it looks pretty good (apart from mouseovers) for a first attempt..
A really good shortcut for navbars is another Xara package Webstyle..
Its great for producing anti-aliased and optimised images which can be tweaked further in Xara X if you want.
