Positioning a menu Above A Table

Is this possible with MenuMaker and Dreamweaver. I designed a site with the menu in a table but now they want the buttons bigger and if I increase it it pushes the table cells. I wan to bring it above the table. is this possible.

sure... click and drag the call from within the table to above the table. Or better yet, build a second table just for the menubar.

MM has trouble with other active formats like flash and DHTML. MM is set up for layer 0 and everything is built above(ontop) of that. A table is not either of these...
