    Default Where to start

Hi guys, i am a longtime Xara fan and (sometimes) user.
But i really haven't used it now for like some years.
What i would need is a quick tutorial where i can learn everything. Video or text.

Which place would you recommend? I would prefere something where i don't have to search but have everything ordered in one place.

    Kind regards, joppe

Perhaps this will help you on the way: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...jVXGQeQjVvmLWS.

It's a series made in 2015 but most of it still valid.

    Go to Help > Movies.

Thanks, Boy, I have spent a lot of time watching this and am sure much of which I didn't know or forgot in my old age.

Thank you, dear people. I looked some, a lot I already knew and just forgot. Thank you.

now to a problem that I can not solve. I want to paint a shape that looks closed but is not a closed XARA line. So for example with the Shape Painter tool something like this. Is there any way to simply fill that like in Photoshop for example?

I found a way whith copying the shape, substracting the copy from a greater shape (rectangle), break shapes. Then i have shape that aligned with the line shape acts as a fill.

Could this be automated in any way, like a FILL button? Would make life so much easier.

Glad you got it sorted joppe, there are probably other ways to do this as well.
