Version 16 to 17 loses layer pop-ups

Give all your pop-up trigger shapes a Colour Fill and a Transparency of 100%. @Egg likes this approach.

One further step I use is to give these 'hidden' buttons/triggers a named colour. This allows you to select that colour in the Name Gallery and quickly change transparencies of all the buttons to show/hide them.
