    Default Miss Champion

    The Laird Turner LTR-14 and later the Turner RT-14, became the only three-time winner of the Thompson Trophy. Sponsored by Champion Spark Plugs she carried the name "Miss Champion" on her fuselage.

    It is fascinating to see your great creations depicting some of the little know flying machines. This one looks like a floating basking shark.
