Thank you Rik, Chris, and Gary P all very nice. Just so you know, I am working on one also, but so far haven't come up with anything I like. Well I have but it isn't quite what i want.
Rik Gary did and it was a nice one too, he put a photo of his wife. Not to take away form Gary, I am planning to put a photo of my wife in mine also. Way to go Gary.

A slight revision, I made the arrow head smaller, so now it balances better with the feathers.
