Is there a way do make a sticky web site header shrink when scrolling down and then go back to its original size when back at the top again?

Not specifically. But if your visible header (non-sticky) covers a sticky header then as the visitor scrolls the non-stick header is replaced with the sticky smaller header.

Ahhh! That's a great work around! It's not exactly what I had in mind, but I'll make it work. Good thinking out of the box. Thanks!
Cool demo Egg Bramhill! Did you make it the way gwpriester suggested?
Hi Sorengen, I'm not 100% sure but if not, then very similar.
I've attached the xar file for you to dissect. When previewing ensure you view in a modern browser & not Xara's default IE.
