Galleries disappeared and Online Gallery completely gone

Folks,
I'm, hoping someone can assist. If this is the wrong location for the question my apologies, I don't use the forum much.

I have Designer Pro X, I believe that means version 12 or 360...

I had lost access to the all the galleries except the page & Layout (thank god I can still access that). The only way to access the line, local content, bitmap galleries etc, is to go Full Screen (right Mouse Click). I fixed this by resetting the control bar (Window, Control Bar - Reset).

That fixed all but one, the Online Content Gallery. I cannot access any of the online content. I have the Local Content Gallery but that has been rendered almost useless as there's very few headings and you can't search by keyword.

Can anyone provide any advice on how to access the online content gallery.

Have you renewed your subscription to the 365 support? Most Xara programs are now past the time limit. And if you have not renewed then I believe access to the Online Content Catalog is cut off.

Have you tried Shift+Alt+I?

Or else:

Close the program, right-click the program icon and select "Run as administrator".
