PNG problems

I am creating a new variant site and the home page icons are png hexagon files

Problems in main and variant site
Some of the png hexagon files look merged either with the backgound or the next hexagon
I am using Xara premium version 11 default setting

It looks fine in Xara and when I create a test uploaded or from computer then the home page is always corrupted

Have you tried to explicitly tell Xara to export as PNG in the image properties? Looks very much liks Xara exports as JPG.
