Windows 10 download

Hi,

I downloaded Windows 10 and when I went to open MX Premium Version 8 Ihad the following message:

Program could not be started.Installation folder may be damaged.

Reinstalling the program could remedy the problem

Error code 6

Has anyone else had this problem because I really don't want to spend out on a new program when the one I have does the job I need it to

Any help would be much appreciated

you may have run out of reactivations - upgrading to windows 10 counts as a 'new computer'

but first go to control panel uniinstall programs and select the program to uninstall - but when the dialog box comes up select repair instead - this may fix it - if not you will need to contact xara ltd [sales] via support ticket
