Actually, ivca, the SWF files are temporary files which are created to check out the movie. Without exporting it as an SWF (with Flash's default settings intact) it's very hard to test its interactivity and so on, correctly. These files should be deleted after exiting the program, but if they're not, you'll have to go in and delete them yourself.
