Sticky navigationbar on Android

Hi,

I am currently working on a website with a sticky navigationbar.
It works great on a desktop computer and on the iPad, but displays some weird behavior on Android Tablets and it doesn't work on Windows Phone.

I just checked out the demo sites, Ultimate and Hipster to figure out what i did wrong, but the same behavior occurs on the demo sites.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
Or is it just a bug?

Hi which browser are you using on the android tablets? the stock browser or chrome?

It works in Chrome on Android, but not in the stock browser.
