Just download the font to a folder on your desktop then "Copy" it from that folder, then navigate to: "DriveC/windows/fonts" Double click to get into the folder then right click in the fonts folder and "Paste" through the menu shown there..

It's even easier than this, Pete.
Once downloaded just right-click the font file and choose 'Install'.
