Search for grouped text in a web brower

I would like it if text which is contained in a group and published to a website, could be found when performing a search (Ctrl+F) in a browser.

By group, I assume the text is being rendered as part of an image and the original text is a parameter alt in the IMG tag?

I avoid this by soft-grouping, which works in a lot of cases.
Where I can't achieve what I want, I use CSS3 effects and Placeholders.
