Adding pages to web site

Must be my age, but I forget. I'm embarrassed. It was a few years and several upgrades since I created a web site. I have successfully built a simple index page, but I cannot remember how to add 2nd and 3rd pages. Can you advise or point me to the instructions for same. I'm using P&GD 2013.

We're all getting old my friend.

In the Page & Layer Gallery there should be a Page button and something to do with Add New Page.

Also there are some icons on the Infobar towards the left for adding a duplicate page or adding a blank page.

Of course! Thanks Gary. My P&GD 2013 won't open Page and Layer Gallery, so I guess the program is corrupt. Last week the gallery opened properly when creating .xar pages, but now opening the same .xar, the Page and Layer Gallery refuses to open. Should I re-install the program or is there another fix?
