When drawing with the Freehand Line Tool, it would be nice if it would pick up line colors with the Alt Button as the Eyedropper tool.

Shef - I would expand this to make the Alt key trigger the eyedropper tool whenever it is appropriate. Illustrator and Photoshop work this way and it is very convenient.

Try creating a shape with an elliptical fill. Then give it a line color. You can't edit the line color at all in the color editor. It only gives you the choice of making changes to the elliptical fill.

Hmm. I don't think this is correct.
I created an ellipse, applied an elliptical fill then added an outline.
In the Color Editor I show start, end, and outline colors.
Are you sure you added an outline?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I added a stroke profile to the outline.

Hey, there we go.
Thanks, Sheff
It is a bug...
Between now and when Xara fixes it, select the object with the elliptical fill, choose the fill tool. The line color is then available in the Color Editor.
