Easy Accordion Widget on Xara 10 Premium

Easy Accordion works great on Xara 9, but when I open it in Xara 10 Premium, the only edits I am allowed on the link inside the widget are <next page>, <previous page>, <next previous page>, <previous page>, and <top of page>. On Xara 9 I could link to any page in the web. Something I'm missing here?

Just need a slider that I can put pictures and info in as well as links to other pages in the web. Any suggestions of one that would work better?

nita, good call. I have checked WD9P against WD10P and in 10P you do not see the web design pages.
To get round it you can add index.htm (<<page>>.htm, where the file extension is needed) into the Link to Web or Email address box instead.

I think this is a W10P error.

Acorn, I am relatively new to this software and tried that solution in this and other slideshow widgets here in Designer Pro X10 and have also tried to link the pics to external pages using the same method and none of the links seem to work. My site is new and I'm still working off-line using the preview page to test my links. All other links on other objects work. But the links on each individual pic in the slideshow do not come through no matter what I do. What am I missing? Are they somehow grouped together or to something else and need ungrouping? I'm at a loss on this and could really use some help. This slide show with working links is really a key part of my website, so any help will be greatly appreciated. I love the RWD features in version 10 and I'd hate to have to go back to version 9 and lose that, but I use these slideshows a lot and need that function just as bad. Nita's original question ended with asking if there was any other slideshow that works better. If there is no fix for this one, do you know of one that does work in version 10?

To get an external link you add the full URL in the Web Properties > Link > Link to web to email address box.
I usually have the Correct automatically box ticked.
If you want further help, you need to include your design file.

FYI, The slide show is at the top of the index page and it is set to repeat on all pages. I've tried several different slideshow widgets and had the same problem with all of them. They all work beautifully except for the fact that I can't get any of the photos to link to anything else... external pages or internal pages... neither type works. I also tried linking to anchors with no success. Just like with internal pages, it does not show the available anchors in the drop-down menu selector. The last thing I tried was all external page links and that didn't work either. I just used random industry sites as the destinations, so it's still set that way now. But, ideally, I want each photo to link to its internal product page. For now, as an alternative, I set up a text mouse over button (words "featured products") that leads to a small hidden pop up layer with text links to the products... it's not ideal, but it will work if nothing else can be resolved on this.

I'm not sure if this problem is unique to me or a general error in the program itself. My operating system is Windows 7. Like I said before, I am relatively new to Xara, so I could have easily just made some rookie mistake here. Please let me know if you need any more info. Thanks.
