Background Invisible

I have gradient background, and for some reason it has become invisible when I preview. I know it's something simple, I just can't figure it out. Snap of layer stack if it helps.... Thanks

I'm not sure if this will help, but your three new layers need to be positioned over the MouseOff and MouseOver layers. And you MouseOff layer should be selected when you preview.
