I go for a more minimal approach. Very few icons at all. I'll take snap when I'm next home.
I decided to leave just one bar on the left, and put the other bar on the right.

That's an interesting way to do it Rik. I can't get mine to dock on the right but I suspect that's because I have a dual monitor set up so instead of docking the tool bar just slides over to the other screen.

Autocorrect: It can be your worst enema.
I did try both bars on the left. But, I've been working with just one line of icons since the start, that I didn't like two icons side-by-side.

I tried customizing mine, but I'm so accustomed to the way it is shipped that I find it very difficult to deal with, but that's just me. Maybe if I keep trying I'll come up with something I like because the fly-outs are a nuisance.

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.

Love to customize my Xara workspace, but 1 question... Does anyone know how to save the workspace as an actual file so that it can be loaded up again in the future without having to customize all over again the same way the shortcuts are saved and can be loaded later on???
