    I purchased, online, the new Pack 1 but after a successful download and automatic installation, I do not see the new templates or banners.
    Anybody experienced this problem? Solution?

    I lucked out! Xara Sales Support gave me a solution and it worked! Solution: If you have bought the template pack, run the software, and click on the update button at the top right hand side of the screen just beneath the help button.

    Since I sent Xara Support (tech) a separate trouble report, I also received a reply but it was dealing with the Registry:
    Doesn’t sound like they have been downloaded and installed. Close Webstyle, click on start then run and type regedit navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Xara\Webstyle 4\Startup
    right click on the key name Template Version and select modify Set the value to 2 and click OK
    Restart Webstyle and click on update webstyle

    I hope this will help others with the problem.
