    WD6 Lost my website, arghh.

I'm new to this and have built my own website.
I've published it and it's live but now i want to make some changes but how do i do this?
When i open web designer MX premium the site doesn't automatically open and if i try to import from the exported files on the desktop it's a mess.
How do i get the website back up on Xara to work on?
I was saving the site but that file is corrupt and won't open.
    Thanks

    That's really bad news.

You can't automatically create the site from the exported files. Either you need the file you were editing to exist and be openable (if it has a fault it can sometimes be rescued), or I beleive MX premium stores a backup somewhere, though I think you might have to enable it. I don't have your version of the software, but I expect someone more up to date software to chip in with some help soon.

Don't despair just yet. Welcome to TG!

If you go to >File >Open Recent right at the bottom of that is >Backups you will find the files backups there.

Try 'File' > 'Open Recent' > 'Backups' menu option.

Guys, I can't thank you enough! That was actually really simple, I'll remember that for future. It saved me loads of work. Www.blacktopmedia.co.uk It's only a bit of fun but it has still taken me loads of time and been a great learning experience. Thanks.
