Dmitry,
I'm interested in getting similair effect. Is this possible to implement such type effect in your Raster programme? This is PhotoShop filter Halftone Pattern http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif But can it be in vector?

Hi Alexander,
I am pretty sure there was a tut on how to do this with a tut in the xara xone last year or the year before.
You can fake rasters like this. As an alternativ to feathering the blend lines you can try using the Blur/Sharpen control in XPE, but that will decrease the amount of details.
Also, if you don't want a true b&w raster effect just skip the last step.

Guys!
I'm looking for vectorized artwork here http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif
Similair to Dmitry's Raster.exe, but except the dots I'd like to see (to get) the lines. Some kind of tracing utility. I understand that I wanna to get too more http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif) But if Dmitry can do it, it will be great!

I don't know what the problem was with talkgraphics.com yesterday, but it refused to let me post... hopefully the tutorial will work this time (and it seems to work).
And as it was vector art you wanted, just trace bitmap, select monochrome and set accuracy to 100 (you can also try adjusting minimum area and smoothing a bit)

And here's the XAR-file with both the bimap and the traced image.
