Difficulty activating the new web pack 1

I purchased the new Web Pack 1 but have been unable to activate it. Every time I try to use one of the new Slider Widgets the system sends me back to the Xara website to purchase the Web Pack.

To add to the frustration of this situation, I can no longer log into my support account and there is no way to request a reset of my password. The hint that the system sends me give me a password that just plain doesn't work.

I remember having a problem like that and I believe it sorted itself out after having closed the browser (you may also have to clear the cache) and/or the program.

I was having the same problem ... finally gave up, but knew my purchase had been completed. Lo and behold, when I opened the program, the upgrade was automatically downloaded and installed. Would have been nice to know that rather than dinking around trying to find a download button!
