I'm usually quite careful about smelling mistakes. I think I'm a little flustered with something that is only barely worth my while.

One comment. The email address for the business is on hotmail. I've always been suspicious of any company using hotmail as a primary source of contact and I'd expect it to be an email address using the domain of the business.

With that humongous domain name—it could qualify as a short story!, the client would have to purchase oversized business cards just to fit it in.

I agree that Hotmail or Gmail or any of the other free e-mail services do not assure me of the person's professionalism. I always chuckle when I get a phishing e-mail from a supposed very important person with a very high position, asks me to respond to a hotmail or gmail account (and you know I always do )
